The Myles apartments feature expansive windows, bright and airy finishes, soaring 10-foot-plus ceilings and light oak luxury vinyl plank flooring. Kitchens include mixed-finish cabinetry in Striped Oak and Urban Taupe, integrated open shelving, full-height stacked tile backsplashes, quartz countertops, undermount sinks, stainless steel appliances and gas ranges. Additional features include glass-enclosed rain showers, ceramic tile bathroom flooring, walk-in closets and an in-unit washer and dryer. Kitchen islands, private balconies and skyline views are available in select apartments.
The Myles offers an extensive collection of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a rooftop pool and spa with skyline views, poolside cabanas, a bar and media wall, grilling areas, outdoor lounges and fire pits. Fitness and wellness amenities include an expansive fitness center, an outdoor yoga and fitness lawn, a sauna and a contrast spa with a cold plunge. Residents can also enjoy a golf simulator lounge, self-serve beer and wine taps, a spacious coworking lounge and private conference rooms. Additional conveniences include garage parking, EV charging stations, complimentary bike storage and a pet washing station.
